PSYCHOSOCIAL COUNSELLING SESSIONS
I offer personalised sessions for adults, young adults, couples, teenagers and children. We have an initial 15-minute introduction call where I assess your situation and inform you of the procedure and fees, and schedule a suitable time for your first session. Psychosocial sessions can be done in person or online in the comfort of your own home.
Through psychosocial assessment and open exchange, the goal is to facilitate behavioural and emotional transformation to get you back to a healthy and balanced state of mind.
Below you will find a range of issues that can be helped with counselling. However, issues can be as unique and individual as we are, so the list is not limited.
Get in touch with me to schedule your 15-minute introduction call.
