I am a professionally trained and qualified Psychosocial Counsellor. Psychosocial counselling is highly effective and can be applied to a broad range of psychological issues. I work with you as a whole person and provide you with valuable tools and advice to allow you to cope and heal.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my sessions, I promote behavioural transformation by encouraging my clients to adopt new attitudes and perspectives.

Psychosocial counselling is an interactive and client-focused approach to psychological health issues. Using a variety of theoretical models and applications, I work with my clients as a whole, taking into account their current psychological well-being, social situation, past experiences and current issues to identify the obstacles stopping them from being their true selves. All levels of functioning, psychological, social, cognitive, and physiological aspects are explored and analysed to find the best way to enable the client to integrate these into their daily routine in a more manageable way. I want my clients to flourish and overcome the barriers that prevent them from finding balance and well-being in their lives.
